Strengths and Areas for Development --- 2014

[Strengths]
Technical Competence:
I am an excellent engineer with high responsibility, good team spirit and positive working attitude. Besides that I possess exceptional skills in this field (Such as: hardware designed Background). So when I meet a problem, I have the ability to look at this issue from different points of view. What's more, I am always study new things actively and eager to improve myself.

Leads/performs with integrity:
I lead by example, not evasive. If customers have requests, I will be going to clarify the issue first and verifying it is hard or software issue, and assign the task to its owner. If a colleague encountered the work which can’t be resolved, I will take the initiative to help.

Planning ahead:
If that has a new task assign to me, I would draw the flowchart or write down the comments and features on my note book, and then following them to design it. With this benefits, my thinking more careful and reduce errors.

[Areas for Development]
Communication:
Customers may be distance us too far away for each other. should we assign a local team to support? or take a long time fly to support. Maybe that would lose something by phone call talking. We often misunderstand the other side's meaning in communicating. If we can have chance to go work together(face to face) in the same place, maybe that will reduce the misunderstanding.

Drivers for Result:
Until now I don't have any opportunity to keep my mind on single job, there are too many interrupts to affect me. About the results can't highlight my ability. Now I just can study by myself in my free time. I hope in the future I have an chance to dedicated work on single thing, I think I can do it better than now(multi tasks).

Flexibility
The cooperation between the team and the team often exist the benefit. How to get the balance of tasks and differentiated responsibility? which is testing the tacit understanding between manager and the team members. When a colleague is meeting a trouble in his work, should we need to take the initiative to help? or waiting for manager assign?
